ITI Schemes
The Department of Industries, Arunachal Pradesh had introduced the scheme of craftsmanship training programme by establishing an Industrial Training Institute at Roing during the year 1971-72 initially, to create skilled technical manpower in the state. ITI, Tabarijo was established in the  year 1988-89.

The vocational training cell of the directorate of Industries, Itanagar is looking after the activities of craftsman training schemes in the state.

At present there are 5(Five)Govt. ITIs functioning in the state i.e. ITI, Roing, Tabarijo,Dirang, Yupia (Women) & Balinong (Miao).
